Just so you know, we process all withdrawals over weekends and bank holidays – but Interac only process withdrawals on business days.
After Interact approves your withdrawal, you’ll receive an SMS and email. You’ll need to claim your withdrawal through your online banking. Once you claim the funds, the withdrawal will be completed and the funds received into your bank account.

Activating the Interac Autodeposit feature enables us to send you money via Interac e-Transfer automatically, without needing you to answer a security question.
Your withdrawal will be directly deposited into you bank account and you’ll be notified when the Interac e-Transfer has been completed.
To get started, you’ll need to log in to your online or mobile banking and navigate to Autodeposit (typically found in the Interac e-Transfer settings), register your email address or mobile number and link your account.
