When choosing Interact e-Transfer as deposit method, please send us the exact amount as selected on our MoPlay cashier. If you send in a different value via your personal bank, your deposit will be rejected, and the funds returned to your personal bank account by the next business day.
Interac e-Transfer Deposit Tracking ID
When completing your Interac e-Transfer, please remember to include your unique tracking ID within the message of the e-Transfer before sending it.
The exact message is required – so please do not add additional text. If the tracking ID isn’t entered correctly then the system will not be able to complete your transaction, causing delays between you sending us the funds and it becoming available on your MoPlay Account.
