Part of the KYC process is the verification of your identity. We need one of the following documents if your MoPlay account has not been verified upon your first deposit:
- Valid Passport
- Drivers licence
- National ID card (both sides)
- Biometric residence permit
Before you send the document, please make sure that:
- The image is in focus.
- All edges are visible.
- It’s in a JPEG, PNG or PDF file format.
You don't have to send your document in unless we have specifically asked you to do so.
