You will only need to upload your documents if you have been specifically asked to do so. If your account can't get automatically verified upon your first deposit, we will send you an email asking you to upload your passport, driver's licence or both sides of your national ID card and proof of address via your account.
There are two options to upload your documents. Please choose the one you see on your account.
1. In the 'Sensible Play' section:
Please log in to your account and go to 'Personal Information' / 'Sensible Play'. Click on 'Sensible Play' and scroll down to 'Documents Upload'.
2. In the “Withdraw” section:
Log in to your account and go to 'Transactions' / 'Withdraw'.
